How can I withdraw funds if I used the Giropay/iDeal/Sofort/Multibanco option?

You can withdraw using the Bank Wire option. However, please ensure to first provide us with a proof of payment – i.e. a bank statement (or other supporting evidence), which confirms the initial source of your deposits.

This bank statement (other supporting document) should show your name, the bank account details and the transaction executed to BDSwiss, so that we can verify the source of funds and ensure that we are sending funds to the same account (i.e. account which the initial deposit was received from).

Please note that you can upload this document through the BDSwiss dashboard once you log in to your account or alternatively you can forward it to the Funding Team via email at [email protected].
